About The Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally driven Strategic Partner Program Lead to design, launch, and scale our strategic partner ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary owner of partner strategy, partner operations, and relationship management across technology alliances, global system integrators (GSIs), resellers, co-sell partners, and contingent staffing vendors.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of ecosystem strategy, commercial acumen, program management discipline, and executive relationship management. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations to build scalable partner programs that drive measurable business growth, accelerate product adoption, improve workforce flexibility, and optimize partner investment ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Program Design
- Define and evolve the company’s strategic partner program framework including partner tiers, engagement models, governance structures, and performance benchmarks.
- Develop scalable onboarding, enablement, and certification pathways for partners.
- dentify strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company growth priorities and product roadmap.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to strengthen ecosystem positioning.
Partner Relationship Management
- Manage strategic partnerships across the full lifecycle including prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, and expansion.
- Build executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Negotiate partnership agreements, and commercial terms.
Contingent Staffing Partner Management
- Manage partnerships with contingent staffing vendors and MSPs.
- Govern preferred supplier lists (PSLs) and contingent workforce compliance.
- Negotiate rate cards, SLAs, and staffing vendor agreements.
- Track contingent workforce KPIs including fill rates, time-to-fill, and supplier performance.
Partner Cost & Resource Management
- Develop partner cost models and ROI measurement frameworks.
- Manage partner budgets, spend forecasting, and financial governance.
- Conduct spend analytics and optimize resource allocation across partner programs.
- Negotiate co-investment and cost-sharing arrangements with strategic partners.
Program Operations & Analytics
- Maintain partner operational infrastructure including CRM hygiene and contract repositories.
- Define and monitor partner KPI frameworks.
- Deliver executive reporting on partner program health, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive operational improvements and scalable partner processes.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, ecosystem development, or related functions.
- Proven track record building and scaling B2B partner programs with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing contingent workforce vendors and staffing partnerships.
- Strong analytical, operational, and financial management skills.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, PRM, VMS, and partner management platforms.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI/data, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) and partner-led acquisition models.
- Familiarity with MDF, rebates, deal registration, and partner incentive programs.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience in high-growth or product-development environments.
