Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Giridih for a Strategic Partnership Manager - APAC Staffing. The role involves managing strategic partnerships, building and nurturing business relationships, overseeing account management, and driving regional staffing initiatives. Daily tasks include identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies, analyzing market trends to inform business decisions, and ensuring successful execution of partnership strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Strategic Partnerships and Business Relationship Management to foster and grow effective collaborations
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and expand key accounts
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and business performance insights
- Exceptional Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment
- Understanding of the staffing or recruitment industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; additional certifications in partner management are a plus
