About Saras Analytics
Saras Analytics helps eCommerce and DTC brands turn fragmented data into clear, actionable decisions. We're a bootstrapped, profitable company that has grown primarily through high-quality delivery and customer trust — our customers, agencies, and technology partners are some of our strongest advocates for growth.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Saras Analytics is looking for a Strategic Partnership Consultant to build and run the partner channel for our
ecommerce business. This is an outbound-and-relationships role: you will find the agencies, technology
vendors, and consultants who already serve ecommerce brands, bring them to a signed agreement, and keep
them referring business to us. HubSpot and modern outreach tooling are the tools of the trade — the core
expectation is credibility with the ecommerce ecosystem and the persistence to carry a partner from first
email to first referral. We are open to strong SDR and business development candidates stepping into their
first partnerships role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain the partner pipeline — identify and qualify ecommerce agencies, marketplace and
martech vendors, and independent consultants against our Ideal Partner Profile.
• Run multi-step outbound sequences across email, calls, and LinkedIn, and hold the first partnership
conversations yourself.
• Drive partnership agreements to signature, following up on stalled contracts until they close.
• Run the monthly partner nurture cadence — product updates, commission and incentive news, event
and webinar invitations — and step in when a new partner has not activated within its first 30 days.
• Own HubSpot hygiene and weekly reporting on outreach and partner-sourced pipeline, coordinating
with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to keep partner outreach aligned.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
• Outbound execution. Multi-channel sequences that you write, test, and improve yourself; comfortable
with high daily activity and with hearing no.
• Ecommerce ecosystem fluency. You have sold to or worked with ecommerce and DTC brands,
marketplace sellers, or the agencies and vendors serving them, and can hold a credible conversation
about how that business works.
• CRM discipline. Daily hands-on HubSpot or equivalent — accurate stages, statuses, and dates,
maintained without being chased.
• Written communication. Outreach, nurture content, and partner-facing messages that go out as written
and do not need rewriting.
• Ownership. This function is being built rather than maintained; you set the week’s priorities and close
the loop without supervision.
GOOD TO HAVE
• You have worked in a partnerships, channel, alliances, or reseller program before, in any capacity.
You have run sequences in Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Sales Navigator and know what a healthy
reply rate looks like.
• You have carried a pipeline or revenue number and hit it.
• You read your own funnel metrics and change next week’s approach based on them.
• You have handled contracts and e-signature workflows and know how to keep a deal moving without a
legal team.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate degree in any discipline — an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Sales, or
Business is a plus.
• 3–5 years in outbound sales or business development — SDR, BDR, inside sales, or BD — preferably
selling into ecommerce, retail, or SaaS.
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), and strong spoken and written English.
