We are gearing up to launch JustDroppd, bridging the gap between high-end streetwear, tactical utility, and everyday lifestyle. The vision is locked, the initial designs are mapped out, and the manufacturing pipelines are actively being set up.
Now, we're looking for the missing piece of the puzzle: a Co-Founder to help steer the ship.
We are looking for a partner who excels where we don't—specifically someone with a strong track record in apparel production and merchandising.

- A builder’s mindset with a high tolerance for the chaos of an early-stage launch.
- Someone who understands the hype-drop model and the broader lifestyle aesthetic.
- A true partner ready to bring deep operational expertise in apparel supply chain and merchandising.
- Someone seeking an equity-driven partnership rather than a standard salaried role, ready to build the brand from the ground up.
Compensation: Equity-based (Unpaid initially, transitioning to salary post-revenue)
