Strategic Leadership Opportunity – Global GTM & Partnerships (EdTech / Healthcare Learning)
Holistech Global Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing Healthcare EdTech platform focused on advanced medical learning, clinical education, certification programs, and digital learning solutions for healthcare professionals globally. The platform currently offers specialized medical education content across multiple clinical disciplines with strong traction in India and a growing digital ecosystem.
We are looking for a senior industry leader to drive Global Go-To-Market (GTM), strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and international business expansion under a strategic partnership model with Holistech.

About the Opportunity
Our client is an emerging digital healthcare learning platform delivering specialized online education, certification programs, rapid revision modules, procedural learning content, expert-led sessions, and mobile-first medical learning experiences for doctors, students, and healthcare professionals.
The organization is now entering its next phase of global expansion and is seeking a seasoned business leader who can help build and execute the international GTM strategy across:
- Universities & Medical Institutions
- Healthcare Networks & Hospitals
- Medical Associations
- Certification Bodies
- Enterprise Learning Partnerships
- International Distribution & Alliances
- Strategic Investor & Ecosystem Partnerships
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global GTM strategy for international expansion
- Build strategic partnerships across healthcare, education, and institutional ecosystems
- Drive enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and business development
- Expand presence across Middle East, APAC, UK, US, and emerging healthcare education markets
- Create institutional engagement models with universities, hospitals, and medical bodies
- Build scalable revenue models and partnership frameworks
- Identify new product-market opportunities in digital healthcare learning
- Work closely with leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives
- Represent the company at industry forums, healthcare conferences, and global partner meetings
- Mentor and build a high-performance GTM and partnership ecosystem
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15–20+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare EdTech, Medical Education, Healthcare SaaS, or Digital Learning
- Strong international network across healthcare and education ecosystems
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic alliances, and market expansion
- Experience working with healthcare institutions, med-tech companies, universities, or professional certification ecosystems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a growth-stage environment
- Strong understanding of digital healthcare learning trends and international market dynamics
- Experience in scaling B2B / B2B2C business models preferred
- Prior CXO, Business Head, GTM Leader, Strategic Partnerships, or Founder-level experience is highly preferred
