Role Description
We are looking for a high-intensity, data-driven Strategic Operations Associate to work directly with the Business Head of Pediatrics. This isn’t a traditional "back-office" role—you will be the Business Head’s right hand, helping to manage the pulse of our pediatric clinics.
You will be responsible for translating business goals into daily action, running the data that informs our decisions, and managing the operational overhead.
What You'll Do
- Priority Architecture: You will own the Business Head’s operating rhythm. You’ll be responsible for organizing priorities, tracking mission-critical tasks, and ensuring that strategic focus remains on the highest-leverage activities.
- Analytical Intelligence: You will be the "Source of Truth." You’ll dive into operational data, build trackers, and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Special Projects & "Zero-to-One" Initiatives: You will lead high-impact, short-term projects that don't have a home yet—ranging from researching pharmacy licensing in new territories to drafting internal policies and board resolutions.
- Action Item Ownership: You will ensure that every decision made by the Business Head is translated into a task, assigned to a stakeholder, and tracked to completion. You are the guardian of the "Closed-Loop" process.

- A First-Principles Thinker: You don’t need a manual. You can take a vague problem, break it down into logical steps, and solve it efficiently.
- Fast Learner: As a fresher, you are a "sponge." You are eager to learn the nuances of healthcare operation
- Data Native: You are a "Power User" of Excel/Google Sheets. You can spot the "So What?" in a spreadsheet and communicate it clearly.
- Extreme Ownership: You have a "get it done" attitude. No task is too small if it helps the business grow, and no problem is too big to be solved with logic.
- Hustle & Humility: You have the ambition to run a major project and the humility to handle the essential scheduling and coordination that keeps the business moving.
Qualifications
- Education: Recent graduate from a Tier-1 institution.
- Analytical Prowess: Ability to build models, create dashboards, and synthesize data into 3-bullet-point summaries.
- Mindset: You thrive in high-pressure, high-growth environments where no two days are the same.
- Experience: 0–1 year. We value "slope" (how fast you learn) over "intercept" (what you already know).
