We are hiring a highly experienced professional for a senior-level Strategic Management / Commercial Contracts role for a reputed organization in the Mining & Infrastructure sector.
📍 Location: Udaipur
🧑💼 Experience: 15+ Years
🎓 Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
🎯 Industry Preference: Mining
Key Responsibilities
• Contract evaluation and commercial negotiations
• Handling high-value contracts and finalization
• Bidding for domestic & international projects
• Identifying contractual loopholes and suggesting remedial actions
• Advising management on project feasibility and takeover opportunities
• Identifying new business expansion areas and growth opportunities
• Strategic commercial planning and execution
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in underground & surface mining projects
✔ Strong exposure to commercial contracts and tendering
✔ Experience dealing with large organizations like HCL, Vedanta, Coal India, Ultratech, etc.
✔ Strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skill
