This is a high-responsibility, high-visibility role with direct impact on operational efficiency and revenue performance.

- Experience with AI tools, automation, or workflow systems is highly preferred
- Exposure to legal operations or structured document environments is a plus (not required)
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve the productivity of U.S.-based attorneys
- Analyze existing operations and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and failure points
- Build scalable systems and SOPs for repeatable, high-quality execution
- Draft, structure, and optimize legal and business communications using AI tools
