Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders and managers.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Certification in HR or related field (e.g., SHRM, HRBP)
