Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Strategic Hiring Specialist – Experienced Talent Acquisition. The individual in this role will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and facilitating the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teams to identify hiring needs and supporting onboarding and training efforts for new employees. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensuring that recruitment objectives align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies to source and attract top talent
- Experience in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively and professionally
- Strong Communication skills for clear and concise engagement with candidates, teams, and stakeholders
- Ability to train and onboard employees to seamlessly integrate them into the organization
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
