Role Description
The Strategic Growth Partner will focus on nurturing and expanding HYPNIC's business partnerships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India. Responsibilities include fostering strategic partnerships, managing client accounts, consulting on business strategies, creating business plans, and supporting business development activities across various areas. The role will collaborate closely with internal teams to align business strategies with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to cultivate relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive company growth
- Experience in Business Planning and Consulting to support organizational goals and develop actionable strategies
- Account Management skills to maintain and build long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the content production or creative industries is a plus
