Role Description
The Strategic Growth Lead (Portal Growth) is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh. In this role, you will focus on driving the strategic growth of our portals by identifying opportunities for expansion, partnership, and innovation. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing growth strategies, optimizing platform performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify solutions to drive user engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Market Analysis and Business Development
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Opportunity Identification
- Experience with Growth Metrics, Data Analysis, and Performance Optimization
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- A background in Immigration service-related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
