Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Growth and Outreach Intern, based in Gurugram. The intern will support the implementation of growth strategies, conduct outreach efforts, assist in project management, and participate in sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, engaging with prospective partners and clients, managing projects to meet objectives, and analyzing data to evaluate outcomes. Additionally, the role involves clear and effective communication across various stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for outreach, pitching, and relationship building.
Basic understanding of sales, business development, and customer acquisition strategies.
Ability to take initiative and work independently in a field-driven role.
Good organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Willingness to engage in on-ground activities, meetings, and field visits.
Background in Marketing, Psychology, Healthcare, Pharma, or related fields preferred.
