Strategic Financial Group (SFG) is hiring a Financial Professional to help clients protect what matters, build long-term wealth, and achieve meaningful financial goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and manage a pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and priorities
• Educate clients on financial strategies and solutions aligned to their needs
• Develop long-term relationships through ongoing service, reviews, and follow-up
• Leverage SFG’s mentorship, training, and internal resources to grow your practice
• Maintain compliance standards and complete required licensing
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-first approach
• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and execute consistently
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health License, SIE, and Series 7 & 65 (if not already licensed)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
