We work as an embedded strategic and execution partner helping businesses improve performance, institutionalise operations, strengthen decision-making, prepare for growth capital/IPO journeys, and build long-term scalable platforms.
As we expand, we are looking to hire a Strategic Finance & Business Associate.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of:
• Business strategy
• Financial analysis & modelling
• Systems & process building
• Investment and capital evaluation
• Governance and execution tracking
• Family office and promoter office initiatives
The role would involve:
• Financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis
• Building MIS, dashboards, and decision-support frameworks using AI/BI
• Supporting strategic projects and investment evaluations
• Working on operational improvements and process structuring
• Assisting in execution monitoring and governance mechanisms
• Preparing presentations, business plans, and analytical reports
We are looking for someone who is:
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
• Entrepreneurial in mindset and execution-focused
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and diverse assignments
• Strong in Excel, financial analysis, and communication
Preferred background:
• CA / MBA / CFA / Engineering + Finance exposure
• 0-6 years of experience
• Consulting, investment, startup, or promoter office exposure would be valuable
