The Founder’s Office functions as the strategic coordination hub for leadership initiatives, external engagements, and cross-vertical execution within the organization.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive professional to join the Founder’s Office as a Strategic Executive Associate.
This role involves close coordination with the Founder and leadership team to manage executive priorities, support strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
The position requires strong discretion, adaptability, and the ability to handle high-responsibility tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and communications
- Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Assist in preparation for meetings, events, and leadership engagements
- Manage administrative and operational tasks related to the Founder’s Office
- Support business development, networking activities, and external coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Assist in coordination of domestic and international engagements when required
Role Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable handling confidential and high-trust responsibilities
- Hybrid work model with flexibility in working hours
- Ability to be present in Kochi when required
- Readiness for national and international business travel, including occasional short-notice travel
- Professional conduct and adaptability in representing leadership during meetings and events
