Job Brief

The strategic assistant will apply his/her professional knowledge and expertise to support director in all financial and strategic planning activities. We are looking for someone who is interested in working in a dynamic, challenging environment, for a company that recognizes and rewards creativity, initiative and contributions.



Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø In this role you will be working side by side with the Director and accompany the group in its sustainable growth strategy. You will support and work on projects for the entire group as well as its divisions and your main responsibilities will be to.

Ø Support the development of the strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies.

Ø Support in identifying or responding to new business opportunities

Ø Coordinate as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives

Ø Managing the director’s calendar, including making travel arrangements, organizing meetings, sending reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Ø Take on responsibility for special projects within the company and across divisions and assist the director in monitoring and managing a wide range of projects

Ø Attend sales inquiries and create supporting documents to help sales team to generate business to submit Management.

Ø Competitive analysis as well as industrial engagement to represent the company. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling

Ø Prepare a report of Sales Value every week and share it with the Director, Seniors & Sales team.

Ø Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled review meetings & accurately recording minutes from meetings.

Ø Fetching reports on software based on management requirements & maintaining records accordingly.

Ø Co-ordination and collaboration with key stakeholders of the business for critical deliveries.

Required Knowledge and Skill

Ø Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

Ø Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.

Ø Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

Ø Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Education and experience:

Education

Any Bachelor's degree.

Master’s in Business Administration (Finance/CA/CFA similar relevant field)

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in assisting to director and Any Management level.
