The member must support in developing and executing communication initiatives that connect employees with org direction, culture, leadership messages and employee experience initiatives.
Work Scope
- Leadership & Executive communication, Business & Strategic communication,
- Internal communication (Employee magazine, Podcast, Radio, Digital channels),
- Employee and culture content production (Videos, articles, success stories),
- Crisis/Emergency/Business continuity communication,
- Organizational Transformation initiatives communication
- Org events hosting/moderation (rollouts, townhalls, leadership engagement)
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of Employee communication initiatives through channel like - Internal Employee Magazine | Podcast | Videos for Culture Stories | Digital displays
Create and curate employee centric content - Articles, leadership messages, employee stories, videos production flow, organizational announcements and campaign materials
Design visual content Cross functional coordination - Gather updates, achievements, culture stories and org news
Manage key activities during - Townhalls, Kia India events and leadership communication activities
