Strategic Digital Marketing Manager (Fractional / Agency Ownership Experience)
The Role: I am a Board-Certified Periodontist and Founder of a multi-location dental group. I am seeking an entrepreneurial, high-level leader to own our digital marketing department as if it were their own firm. This is a fractional role for a strategist who excels at managing teams, multi-platform accounts, and complex ROI goals.
What I am looking for:
- Agency Ownership Experience: You have built, run, or led a marketing agency and understand the "Owner’s Mindset."
- ROI-Driven Thinking: You treat marketing spend as an investment, focusing on patient acquisition costs and top-line growth.
- Strategic Scaling: You have a proven track record of scaling multi-location businesses through creative and technical marketing leadership.
