Role Description This is a full-time Strategic Channel Partner role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing partial work from home. The Strategic Channel Partner will identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, including EPC firms, energy consultants, and relevant business networks, to drive adoption of MSKARD’s solar PPA solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing channel sales strategies, delivering product and commercial presentations, and supporting partners with proposals, pricing, and deal structuring. The role will oversee channel partner performance, maintain strong account relationships, and coordinate closely with internal sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely closure and smooth implementation of projects. The Strategic Channel Partner will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide feedback to refine offerings and go-to-market plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel-focused roles, including Channel Partners and Channel Sales, preferably in renewable energy, power, or related B2B solutions.
- Strong Sales and Account Management skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets through partner ecosystems.
- Ability in Business Planning, including building go-to-market plans, forecasting, and pipeline management for channel-driven business.
- Experience developing and managing strategic alliances, reseller networks, or distribution partners in commercial and industrial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners and decision-makers.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, with regular field visits to partners and client sites.
- Understanding of solar energy, PPAs, or energy cost optimization models is highly desirable; willingness to learn technical and commercial aspects of solar solutions is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
