Job details:
Company Description DasVerra is building execution infrastructure for cross-border trade between India and Africa, with a focus on reliability and accountability across fragmented supply chains. The company structures trade flows into controlled execution layers, including defined handover points, checkpoint-based visibility, and clear ownership at each stage. By emphasizing active coordination during transit and measurable performance across routes, drivers, and partners, DasVerra makes trade more predictable, scalable, and investable. Operating at the intersection of supply, movement, and demand, the company currently validates its model through real route mapping and pilot flows across African corridors. DasVerra is not a trading company but a controlled trade execution system designed to make cross-market delivery disciplined and scalable.
Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Strategic Capital & Trade Partner (Equity) – Build DasVerra With Us. The partner will help shape and execute the capital strategy to scale DasVerra’s controlled trade execution system across India–Africa corridors, including structuring investment vehicles, evaluating route-level economics, and aligning capital deployment with operational performance. Day-to-day work includes assessing trade flows for investability, building models for risk-adjusted returns, and collaborating with founders and operations teams to design scalable, capital-efficient corridors. The partner will engage with investors, lenders, and strategic stakeholders, prepare materials that communicate DasVerra’s execution discipline and performance metrics, and support negotiations related to strategic capital and trade finance. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to refine product-market fit, inform market expansion decisions, and co-create the long-term growth strategy.
