Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Strategic Business Development Partner, focusing on Skillocity's Sustainability and ESG platform. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, driving sales efforts, and conducting consulting and training sessions to promote sustainability and ESG solutions. You will also lead projects aimed at advancing organizational growth and provide leadership development guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Leadership Development and Training skills to inspire and guide stakeholders while delivering impactful training programs.
- Proven expertise in Project Management and Consulting to oversee strategic initiatives and provide high-level business advisory services.
- Sales experience, including the ability to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building partnerships and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Passion for sustainability and ESG practices, with a strong understanding of related trends and benchmarks preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related field; MBA or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in sustainability, ESG, or related fields is a plus.
