Role Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Leader, a decision driven, data oriented, and highly autonomous professional, to drive global business growth through end to end sales execution. This individual contributor role requires complete ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will single handedly manage all sales activities, leveraging automation, analytics, and AI tools to make data backed decisions, optimize prospecting, and accelerate conversions across international markets.
Qualifications:
Lead Generation and Market Intelligence
- Identify and engage key decision makers (CXOs, Founders, IT Heads) across US, UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia
- Execute AI powered prospecting through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools, and data platforms
- Utilize bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.) to identify and pursue custom software development project opportunities
- Build, maintain, and nurture high quality lead databases and client relationships
Consultative Sales and Relationship Management
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and requirements
- Position MeeTris custom software and digital transformation solutions as business enablers
- Develop tailored proposals, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and independently close deals
- Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure strong post sale engagement
Pipeline and Performance Management
- Manage a structured sales funnel using CRM and AI analytics tools for visibility and forecasting
- Track and analyze sales metrics to make informed, decision driven improvements
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Decision Making and Strategic Contribution
- Collaborate with pre sales, marketing, and delivery teams for strategic alignment
- Provide data backed insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and go to market plans
- Utilize AI dashboards to forecast opportunities, identify market trends, and support strategic business decisions
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience: Open to professionals with experience in B2B IT / Custom Software / Digital Transformation sales
- Market Exposure: Proven success in selling to clients across US, UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia
- AI and Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience in using AI tools for lead generation, prospect research, personalized outreach, pipeline tracking, and data driven sales analytics
- Sales Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process single handedly from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Tools and Platforms: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and AI based sales enablement systems
- Mindset: Decision driven, self motivated, and analytical, capable of working independently with complete ownership of deliverables
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach
