We are looking for an experienced Strategic Business Change β Senior Manager to lead Asia-wide transformation and adoption initiatives within a global Corporate & Institutional Banking β Capital Markets & Advisory environment.
This role is ideal for professionals who bring strong capital markets domain knowledge combined with transformation, change management, and stakeholder leadership experience.

πΉ Role Overview
As the Asia Adoption Lead, you will play a key role in bridging global strategy with regional execution, ensuring successful adoption of new platforms, technologies, and business process transformations across the Asia-Pacific capital markets franchise.
You will collaborate closely with front-office, technology, operations, and global transformation teams to drive business value, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation & Adoption
- Drive end-to-end adoption of global and regional transformation initiatives across the Asia business.
- Lead implementation of new platforms, data capabilities, process improvements, and regulatory changes.
- Develop region-specific change management, communication, and adoption strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the bridge between global transformation teams, technology partners, and regional business leaders.
- Partner with front office, middle office, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet commercial and operational needs.
- Manage senior stakeholders across multiple APAC markets.
Driving Business Value
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for adoption and transformation outcomes.
- Identify adoption challenges and collaborate with product/technology teams to resolve them.
- Capture user feedback to influence future platform enhancements and strategic roadmap.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver training workshops, demos, and enablement programs to support new capabilities.
- Serve as a regional champion for transformation initiatives.
Risk & Governance
- Ensure all transformation activities align with internal governance and regional regulatory requirements.
πΉ Required Experience
β 15+ years of experience in Financial Services
β Strong exposure to Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Advisory businesses
β Proven experience in Transformation, Change Management, Program Management, or Business Analysis
β Experience working across Asia-Pacific financial markets
β Understanding of Capital Markets lifecycle (origination β execution β distribution)
β Familiarity with financial platforms, data governance, and reporting tools
β Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
β Ability to operate in complex global environments with senior stakeholders
π Education: Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or certifications like PMP / Change Management preferred.
