Job details:
You will be working directly with the Founder and leadership team, you will be the central coordination point for our strategic OEM partnerships and partner ecosystem. The role spans partner programs, co-selling initiatives, certifications, joint campaigns, and the day-to-day operations that keep these alliances running smoothly.
This is not a pure sales role. It is built for someone who pairs strong communication with operational discipline, a person who can keep many moving parts aligned across internal teams and external technology partners, and who takes ownership of follow-through from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned OEM and technology partners (such as AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, and leading cybersecurity vendors), maintaining regular communication and tracking joint activities.
- Support the Founder and leadership team in preparing for, scheduling, and following up on high-value partner and customer engagements.
- Research existing and prospective customer accounts to surface untapped opportunities that align with our OEM offerings and go-to-market (GTM) priorities.
- Coordinate co-selling activities with partners — aligning on shared opportunities, registering deals in partner portals, and keeping pipeline records accurate and current.
- Maintain a regular engagement cadence between our founders, customers, and partner executives, including agendas, meeting notes, and clear action tracking.
- Track and help advance the partner certifications, competencies, and program tiers needed to maintain and grow our standing within each OEM ecosystem.
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into partner programs, commitments, and progress.
- Coordinate across internal teams — sales, presales, delivery, marketing, and partnerships — to keep initiatives moving and stakeholders aligned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business coordination, alliances, partner management, customer success, program management, or B2B operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and cross-functional work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or project-tracking tools.
- A high-ownership mindset and genuine execution discipline.
