We are looking for a Strategic Business Analyst who will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover insights, diagnose problems, and help improve how the business operates and scales.
This role is not just about reporting dashboards — it's about deeply understanding the business, solving problems, and driving meaningful operational improvements.
Role Overview
You will sit at the intersection of business, strategy, and analytics, helping the company answer critical questions like:
- Why are conversion rates changing across the sales funnel?
- Where are the biggest operational inefficiencies?
- What is driving customer churn or drop-offs?
- What insights can help improve revenue and customer experience?
- Your job is to turn data into insights and insights into action.
What You'll Do
- Business & Growth Analysis
- Analyse sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Track performance across the entire sales funnel and revenue cycle
- Root Cause Analysis
- Investigate performance issues and identify the real drivers behind business outcomes.
- Conduct deep RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and recommend solutions
- Operational Insights
- Identify operational bottlenecks across sales and customer experience teams
- Suggest process improvements that help teams work more efficiently
- Metrics & Dashboards
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key business metrics
- Enable leadership and teams to make faster, data-backed decisions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX teams
- Translate insights into practical operational improvements

What We're Looking For
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to connect data insights to business impact
- Proficiency with:
- Excel / Google Sheets
- SQL
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Business Understanding
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM data, and growth metrics
- Ability to perform deep root cause analysis
Mindset

- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear insights
Good to Have
- Experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Ops, or Growth roles
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or startup environments
