La Opala RG Limited, India's leading opal glass and tableware brand, is going through a defining transformation — moving from a traditional family-run business to a modern, consumer-first brand. This role sits right at the center of that shift.
We're looking for a Strategic Assistant to work directly with me, taking on whatever the business needs, whenever it needs it. This is a rare seat for someone who wants outsized exposure early in their career — direct access to leadership, real ownership, and a front-row view of a legacy company reinventing itself.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment - Work in close partnership with leadership, gaining direct exposure to high-level strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Representation - Represent the company professionally in high-stakes interactions with dealers, distributors, and consumers across the country.
Multi-tasking - Move fluidly between various assignments as business priorities shift — no two weeks will look the same.
Who We're Looking For:
Education & Experience - MBA from a Tier 1/2 program with 2–4 years of post-MBA experience.
Extreme Ownership & Accountability - A fierce sense of responsibility for tasks assigned to you, consistently maintaining exceptional efficiency, quality, and execution without needing to be micromanaged.
Innate Hustle & Drive - A proactive, high-energy self-starter who anticipates business needs, solves problems creatively, and possesses the grit to get things done.
Cross-Functional Comfort - Highly comfortable navigating and bridging the gaps between technology, sales, marketing, and operations.
Comfort with Ambiguity - The ability to stay grounded, structured, and effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment where guidelines aren't always predefined.
Preferred experience:
Experience in sales is a plus - highly valued for ground-level market understanding.
Industry Background - Previous experience in FMCG, FMCD (Consumer Durables), or the Retail sector.
Analytical Polish - A strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market data and KPIs into actionable strategic insights.
Strategic Foundational Roles - Prior experience in Management Consulting, a Founder’s Office, or a generalist role.
Compensation & Location:
Compensation - INR 20–30 LPA
