The Role
Own the full partnership lifecycle — from first conversation to signed MoU to live, revenue-generating programs — across three pillars:
- Strategic Alliances — IIMs, premier institutes, universities and large corporates
- Corporate Training — banks, AMCs, wealth firms, insurers and fintechs
- Government & CSR — finishing schools, financial literacy and skilling mandates
What You'll Bring
- Mandatory Requirement - 15–20+ years in BFSI, financial education, L&D, or institutional / corporate sales
- A strong, existing network across banks, AMCs, insurers, fintechs, universities and premier institutes
- Proven track record of signing and monetising large, long-cycle partnerships and MoUs
- Comfort engaging CXOs, Deans, L&D heads and government / CSR stakeholders as a peer
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with sharp commercial acumen
- MBA / postgraduate qualification preferred
