Role Overview:
Kuhoo Edu FinTech is expanding and looking for driven individuals to build strategic alliances and partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with decision makers across universities, colleges, test prep centres, study abroad consultants, EdTechs, and executive education offices. You will be responsible for driving the GTM strategy, developing strategic alliances, and directly contributing to business growth for the assigned region.
What will you do?
- You would be required to identify, evaluate, and synergize with strategic partnerships like Test Prep Centres, Study Abroad Consultants, DSAs, University and Colleges to form a MOU that would act as building blocks for the organization’s growth.
- From each MOU to build the successful lead generation flow to create target disbursements from the account.
- You would represent Kuhoo in the territory and would be required to execute all the necessary actions commensurate with the business.
- Identify, participate, and represent Kuhoo in relevant events.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing for the region.
- You would be the point of contact for all the clients, universities, partners, and collaborators.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration.
Other Requirements:
Must-Have
- 3 years’ experience in Lead Generation & Channel Sales in the Colleges, Consultancy and Testprep centres.
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional networking and relationship building skills.
- Stakeholder management & Negotiation skills.
Skill Should-Have
- A prior experience in channel management and Lead generation.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Research & Development skills about the Education Industry.
- Problem solving & Solution oriented skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient networker & team player.
- A prior experience of working in a start-up or B2B sales.
- Ready to work in a start-up environment.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor / Master’s degree in management
Experience: 2-8 years
