Strategic Alliances Head
Role Overview
The Strategic Alliances Head will lead Teceze’s global alliance and partner ecosystem strategy by expanding the distribution business, strengthening OEM relationships, and creating scalable revenue streams through strategic partnerships with global technology vendors.
The role will focus on developing high-impact partnerships across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, infrastructure, AI, data center, endpoint, observability, DevOps, and digital workplace ecosystems. The individual will own executive relationships with OEMs, distributors, cloud providers, and software vendors while driving alliance-led revenue growth, joint go-to-market programs, and market expansion globally.
This position requires deep experience in enterprise IT alliances, channel ecosystem management, distribution strategy, and partner-led business development.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Alliance & Ecosystem Development
- Define and execute Teceze’s global alliance strategy.
- Build strategic relationships with leading OEMs, ISVs, cloud providers, cybersecurity vendors, and distributors.
- Create long-term business plans with technology partners.
- Develop partner-driven revenue and service expansion strategies.
- Establish Teceze as a preferred global MSP, MSSP, cloud, and implementation partner.
- Build regional and global partner ecosystems across India, APAC, Middle East, Europe, UK, and North America.

- Secure MDFs, rebates, incentives, and co-investment programs.
- Build partner-led pipeline and recurring revenue streams.
- Enable co-selling and joint customer engagement initiatives.
- Launch managed services and bundled solutions aligned with partner technologies.
- Drive partner enablement, technical certifications, and sales readiness programs.

- Build new revenue streams through:

Required Experience
- 12–20+ years of experience in:

- Strong relationships with global OEMs, distributors, GSIs, and enterprise customers.
- Proven experience in partner-led business expansion.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and enterprise infrastructure ecosystems.
