Position: Strategic Alliance ManagerIndustry: EdTech / Skill Development

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and well‑connected Strategic Alliance Manager to drive revenue growth through strong industry relationships and institutional partnerships. The role focuses on developing and managing alliances across corporates, universities, training institutes, and educational networks to promote and scale upskilling and professional certification programs.
This is a high‑impact role requiring a candidate with an existing network and proven ability to generate business through B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate partners, educational institutions, and universities for program collaborations
- Drive revenue generation through institutional tie‑ups, corporate training partnerships, and channel partnerships
- Develop and execute strategies across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C sales models
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation after alliance confirmation
- Represent the organisation in meetings, networking events, and strategic discussions with potential partners
- Maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and sustained revenue
Candidate Profile- Strong professional network in the EdTech, corporate training, or higher education ecosystem
- Prior experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partnership management preferred
- Proven ability to generate revenue through relationship‑driven sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a high‑ownership role

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Number of active institutional and corporate partnerships

CompensationSalary: As per interview performance and prior experience, with performance‑linked incentives for revenue generation.
