Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Strategic Advisor role based in Bengaluru. The Strategic Advisor will work closely with senior client stakeholders to assess business needs, analyze real estate portfolios, and develop long-term strategies that align with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, preparing strategic recommendations, and presenting findings in clear, concise reports and presentations. The role involves leading or supporting consulting engagements, coordinating cross-functional project teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The Strategic Advisor will also contribute to new business proposals, build strong client relationships, and stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate and corporate strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Experience in consulting and advisory work, including client engagement, problem framing, and solution design.
- Exposure to executive management environments, with comfort presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Proven project management capabilities, including planning, coordinating stakeholders, and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Demonstrated strategic planning experience, preferably in real estate, corporate strategy, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating clear presentations and reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, on-site team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with real estate or financial modeling tools is beneficial.
- Understanding of the Indian commercial real estate market and regulatory environment is a plus.
