Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Strategic Advisor. The Strategic Advisor will engage in providing high-impact consulting services, develop and execute strategic plans, oversee multiple projects, and provide critical insights to executive management. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data analysis, formulating actionable recommendations, delivering presentations, and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning abilities
- Experience in Consulting and engaging with stakeholders at various levels,
- Relevant Experience in Office Leasing,Account Management, RE Consulting, Workplace Strategy will be advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with Executive Management to align business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for planning, data analysis, and presentations
