Role Description
We are inviting experienced industry leaders to join Easefarming as a Strategic Advisor – AgriTech & Industry Partnerships.
This role is designed for senior professionals who have spent decades in the agriculture or allied sectors and bring with them deep industry understanding, strong relationships, and a nuanced perspective on how the ecosystem operates.
As a Strategic Advisor, you will work closely with the founding team to identify growth opportunities, enable strategic partnerships, and guide market expansion efforts. Your role will focus on engaging with leadership teams across agri-input manufacturers, contributing to high-level discussions, and helping shape long-term collaborations.
This is a flexible engagement (part-time or full-time) with significant autonomy, designed to leverage your experience without the constraints of an operational role.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate strategic introductions and relationships with agri-input manufacturers and allied organisations
- Support high-level discussions with CXOs, decision-makers, and institutional stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities aligned with Easefarming’s growth strategy
- Provide strategic guidance on market dynamics, distribution challenges, and industry trends
- Act as a trusted advisor in shaping long-term positioning within the agri ecosystem
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in agriculture, agri-inputs, or allied sectors
- Prior leadership experience in agri-input companies, OEMs, or government/agri institutions
- Strong understanding of the agri-input value chain, including manufacturing, distribution, and farmer engagement
- Established credibility and relationships within the industry
- Interest in contributing to the digital transformation of Indian agriculture
