Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive enterprise revenue growth across GCC markets within the procurement and supply chain domain. The role focuses on selling digital procurement and supply chain solutions to large enterprises, government, and semi-government organizations.
The ideal candidate brings strong regional expertise, deep understanding of procurement transformation, and proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for procurement solutions across GCC markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise procurement and supply chain clients
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead complex sales cycles with CPOs, Heads of Procurement, CFOs, and IT leaders
- Position solutions against platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, and Jaggaer
- Identify and penetrate new market segments within the GCC procurement ecosystem
- Establish partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and technology vendors
- Target FMCG, manufacturing, government, and semi-government organizations
- Conduct market research on procurement trends, regulations, and competition
- Represent the organization at procurement forums, trade shows, and industry events
- Build long-term relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Manage contract negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals
- Collaborate with product, marketing, delivery, and customer success teams
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting to leadership
Must-Have Qualifications
- 12+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in procurement or supply chain solutions
- Proven success selling SaaS or enterprise technology platforms in GCC markets
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and digital transformation trends
- Experience selling to large enterprises, government, and semi-government entities
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively across GCC
