In this role, you have the opportunity to
Responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers while delivering on Individual KRAs.
Leading BharatPe’s penetration into organized offline retailers across various categories in a dedicated geography.
Responsibilities will include
Functional Expertise
To acquire multi store outlets and brands in the assigned area
Acquire merchants for QR and/or swipe devices
Upsell other BharatPe products like speakers, CC on UPI, PG, Loyalty, Payouts etc. on the merchant base
Drive engagement on the overall merchant base by improving merchant active rate and winback of churned accounts
Regular merchant meetings for hunting/ farming
Develop long-term strategies and short-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Interaction
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Suggest and organize team building activities.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Problem Solving
Set clear team goals.
Oversee day-to-day operation along with Field Visits
Resolving merchant queries.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)
Post-Graduate/MBA from a Tier 1 College.
4-8 years of relevant or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in Fintech Industry preferred.
Skills & know-how
Must have experience in leading a team.
Strong communication skills to pitch to the relevant stakeholders about the product.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a must
Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
