Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within assigned accounts. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular engagement and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data insights to drive decisions
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics, risk management, or supply chain industries is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
