B.S. in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited university; PE license in one or more U.S. jurisdictions; current North Dakota PE license or ability to obtain via comity; 10+ years high-voltage substation engineering experience; experience as Engineer of Record; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to travel up to 20%.
