Position: KYC and AML Due Diligence Support Location: Manila,mumbai,chennai,Hyderabad,bangalore Job Description: KYC/AML Analyst – Due Diligence Team Position Summary The client's due diligence team requires support on KYC and AML checks for investments. The role involves collecting existing information on clients' active investments to create AML files. It requires knowledge of investment structures, AML and KYC documentation, along with 4–5 years of experience in the finance industry. Primary Responsibilities Access client systems to extract data and documentation, track in Excel, and coordinate with investment teams if any information is missing. Track data as per the data master tracker, download documents of certain investments from internal systems, and create KYC files for each investment. Accurately fill investment information in a comprehensive tracker. Liaise with the investment team and AML service provider in case of clarification. Mandatory Skills Strong knowledge of investment structures. Understanding of AML processes. Understanding of KYC processes. 4–5 years of experience in the finance industry. Additional Responsibilities Access client systems (DHL, eFront, PTS, Bulletin, iLevel) to extract data and documentation, track in Excel, and coordinate with investment teams if required. Maintain the data master tracker, download and organize documents, and create KYC files for each investment. Fill and maintain accurate investment details in a comprehensive tracker. Liaise with the investment team for clarifications when needed. Liaise with the AML service provider (e.g., Alter Domus) when necessary. Team Collaboration This role requires collaboration with the investment team and the AML service provider. Client Interaction This role may involve direct interaction with clients for clarifications on investments.
