Our client (Code Name: EXVIA) is a global sports data company delivering real-time, high-precision analytics to the cricket industry. As a Team Lead – Cricket Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of cricket data delivered across the globe. In this role, you’ll lead a small team of 3–5 cricket operators, actively participate in live match coverage, and support the India Operations Manager in running the day-to-day delivery. You'll be hands-on in your early months — understanding the end-to-end match process, participating in live scoring, and gradually transitioning into people leadership, quality oversight, and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Live Coverage Participation: Watch and score live cricket matches, ensuring structured and accurate data collection
• Team Supervision: Lead a pod of 3–5 cricket operators during shifts, driving shift discipline, attendance, and match readiness
• Training & Onboarding: Support in onboarding new operators and mentoring junior staff on process adherence and scoring logic
• Process Ownership: Assist in refining data entry processes, shift handovers, and match reporting workflows
• Escalation Handling: Act as the first escalation point for in-shift issues and collaborate with the India Ops Manager for resolution
• Team Morale & Communication: Be a cultural anchor — maintain energy, motivation, and communication clarity during match coverage
• Documentation & Reporting: Track operator performance, maintain shift logs, and report critical incidents to leadership

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, team coordination, or support roles, preferably in tech, sports, or data environments
• Strong interest in cricket and comfort with watching, following, and understanding live match scenarios
• Experience managing small teams or coordinating shift-based work preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with remote stakeholders (UK-based HQ)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow SOPs and proactively improve them
• Comfortable working under pressure during live events and tight timelines
• Proficiency in basic tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or internal dashboards
