🔹 1. Source to Pay (STP)
📌 Core areas:
- Procure-to-Pay / STP Operations
- Vendor Master & Compliance
- Invoice Processing & Discrepancy Resolution
- Governance, Audit & Controls
- Process Improvement & Digital Initiatives
👤 Experience:
- Analyst: 5+ years
- Senior Analyst: 8+ years
- Assistant Manager: 12+ years (with team handling)
🔹 2. Order to Cash (OTC)
📌 Core areas:
- Credit Management
- Dispute & Deduction Management
- Trade Spend (Claims, Rebates, Incentives)
- Compliance & Reporting
👤 Experience:
- Analyst: 5+ years
- Senior Analyst: 8+ years
- Assistant Manager: 12+ years (with team handling)
⚠️ FMCG / Manufacturing experience is mandatory
🔹 3. Record to Report (RTR)
📌 Core areas:
- Financial & Revenue Accounting
- Lease & Inventory Accounting
- Intercompany & Fixed Assets
- Close & Consolidation
- Taxation & Statutory Reporting
👤 Experience:
- Analyst: 5+ years
- Senior Analyst: 8+ years
- Assistant Manager: 12+ years (with team handling)
🎓 Qualifications:
- CA / CMA / CPA / CWA / MBA (Finance)
- Semi-qualified candidates considered for Analyst / Sr. Analyst roles
💼 What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong domain expertise in STP / OTC / RTR
✔ Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing setups
✔ Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
✔ Process improvement mindset & stakeholder management skills
📍 Locations: Multiple (PAN India)
