Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for an STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Operator & Maintenance professional. The role involves the operation and maintenance of the sewage treatment plant, monitoring plant performance, conducting routine inspections, checking equipment functionality, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The individual will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the plant's machinery and systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling and maintaining STP equipment, monitoring operations, and performing routine maintenance.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards associated with waste management and treatment processes.
- Analytical skills to assess system performance and identify potential operational issues.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical diagrams, equipment manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in water treatment or wastewater management is preferred.
- Prior experience in STP operations, plumbing, or maintenance engineering is an advantage.
