🎬 Hiring: Full-Time Storytelling Video Editor

We're looking for a full-time Video Editor who understands storytelling, emotion, pacing, psychology, and sound design. Someone who can transform raw footage into content that captures attention, builds engagement, and drives action.

Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into compelling stories
- Create engaging edits with strong audience retention
- Use music, sound effects, and sound design to enhance emotion
- Build narratives through pacing, cuts, and visual flow
- Create platform-specific edits for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Collaborate with creators, marketers, and founders
- Maintain high creative standards across all projects
- Suggest creative improvements beyond the original brief
What We're Looking For
- Strong storytelling ability
- Understanding of pacing and viewer psychology
- Strong sound design skills
- Ability to create emotional impact through editing
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
