About The Role
We are looking for a strong personality with a natural understanding of luxury communication, relationship building, storytelling, and premium client psychology.
You will lead conversations with potential clients, planners, venues, collaborators, and luxury ecosystem partners while ensuring the brand maintains its premium positioning across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent, aesthetically aware, socially confident, and commercially sharp — someone who understands how luxury brands are experienced, not merely marketed.
This role requires ownership, maturity, presence, and the ability to contribute directly towards business growth and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead premium client conversations from enquiry to closure
- Generate revenue through relationship-led luxury sales
- Build and convert strategic brand partnerships
- Develop strong relationships with planners, venues, designers, and luxury ecosystem partners
- Handle high-value client interactions with confidence and emotional intelligence
- Represent Novella during meetings, networking events, shoots, and industry interactions
- Drive collaborations that contribute directly towards brand growth and revenue
- Understand client psychology, emotional storytelling, and luxury buying behaviour
- Shape the emotional and aesthetic language of the brand across communication touchpoints
- Strategise storytelling direction for campaigns and brand presence
- Maintain a refined luxury experience throughout the client journey
- Bring proactive ideas for positioning, partnerships, visibility, and business growth
