Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Storyteller to translate complex IT concepts, products, and solutions into compelling narratives. The ideal candidate will craft engaging stories that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences, supporting marketing, sales, leadership communication, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging narratives around IT products, services, and solutions
- Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand stories
- Create content for presentations, case studies, websites, blogs, videos, and campaigns
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Build customer success stories and thought leadership content
- Support pre-sales by crafting persuasive solution narratives and pitch materials
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all communication channels
- Research industry trends to create relevant and impactful content
- Script storytelling for events, demos, webinars, and executive communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in content creation, technical communication, marketing, or related roles in IT
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics (AI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Strong presentation and narrative-building skills
- Experience creating customer case studies and solution storytelling
- Understanding of enterprise technology landscape
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
