Building Moonzy Snacks - a millet-based snack brand designed for how people actually eat today.
We’ve experimented, failed, changed packaging twice, run on-ground campaigns, and are now doubling down on content + storytelling as our core growth engine. We have doen sales of Rs.60k in a very short time.
Inspired by brands and founders like Yash Kalra, Arjun Singh and their raw, on-ground execution style - we want to build something equally real and high-impact.
Now looking for one person to work directly with me.
Role: Content & Growth Intern (Internship + PPO + potential ESOPs/stake)
Location: Delhi / Gurgaon
What you’ll do:
1. Own content creation end-to-end (ideation → shooting → editing → distribution)
2. Build raw, high-volume street content (think Goat Life style execution)
3. Work on brand storytelling + marketing experiments from scratch
Be on-ground - shooting, talking to people, figuring things out in real time
Who this is for:
1. Someone with 0–2 years experience in content, marketing, media, or D2C
Background in Marketing / Mass Communication / Design / Film / Media (or equivalent hands-on experience)
2. Comfortable with tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (basic)
3. Strong instinct for what works on Instagram / Reels / short-form video
What I’m really looking for (non-negotiable):
This is not a “learn and chill” internship.
I’m looking for someone who:
Has high ownership and bias for action
Is okay working at odd hours, on-ground, unstructured environments
Wants to build something from 0 → 1, not just execute tasks
I’m fully committed to building this - and need someone with the same energy.
