About the role

At Storylane, we are on a mission to empower companies to automate Demos and drive Product-led growth. As one of the early product-specialist hires, you will be responsible for understanding the product inside and out, providing feedback, and helping to guide users toward a better experience with Storylane's platform. You will also train them on new features and help them with integrations. The right candidate will have good problem solving skills, understanding of customer needs, and great communication skills over zoom and email. You should be well organized and have the ability to work with many customers. While the job is remote, you should be available in US time zones. Location: Remote (India or Europe) .Responsibilities: Become an expert in the Storylane platform and assist users with their product needs. Support customers on platforms like Intercom, Slack, email, and Microsoft Teams. Offer insights into product features and suggest improvements based on customer feedback. Provide user support and guidance through both written and verbal communication. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to enhance the platform. Qualifications Demonstrated experience supporting customers in B2B space Demonstrated experience on technical product knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work autonomously on a remote team Interview Process: Go to https://docs.storylane.io/ Find the details on "Cross Frame Events" in the docs Share loom video explaining use-case of how "Cross Frame Events" can be used with demos on website Be in "customer shoes" and explain what challenges they can run into with this feature
