As an ML Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models. You’ll work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to turn data into actionable insights and help shape the future of our platform. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about machine learning, data-driven solutions, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models that address key business challenges.
2. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that inform model development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, refine models, and improve their performance.
4. Implement and maintain ML pipelines, ensuring models are scalable and maintainable.
5. Monitor model performance and make improvements based on real-time data.
6. Stay current with the latest advancements in ML and AI, applying best practices to enhance our technology stack.
   
   

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
3. Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) for deploying machine learning models is a plus.
5. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and model evaluation techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
