Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Stores Executive role based in the Navi Mumbai Region. The Stores Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and components used in technology solutions for industrial clients. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, issuing materials to internal teams, coordinating with procurement and logistics, and ensuring proper stock levels and storage conditions. The role also involves preparing regular reports, supporting audits, following safety and compliance procedures, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams when required. The Stores Executive is expected to maintain organized documentation and contribute to process improvements in store management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Communication to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in material handling, and basic order processing as needed.
- Relevant experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory management in an industrial or technical environment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency in using inventory or ERP software, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven setting are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle material movement within safety guidelines, and follow workplace health and safety standards is required.
