Job Title: Stores Executive
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in stores or warehouse operations
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials
- Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process for all incoming materials
- Issue materials to production as per requirement and maintain accurate records
- Maintain perpetual inventory and support final inventory / stock audits
- Perform regular inventory counting and ensure stock accuracy
- Manage kitting and binning of materials for easy identification and handling
- Handle rejected materials and ensure proper segregation and documentation
- Coordinate job work material movement and maintain proper tracking
- Maintain proper classification of Raw Material, Consumables, SFG, and FG
System & Process Knowledge
- Working knowledge of SAP (ERP system) for store transactions
- Understanding of inventory management processes and documentation
- Knowledge of job work processes and material tracking
EHS & Compliance
- Follow HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) guidelines
- Adhere to SOPs of stores function and safety standards
- Ensure safe material handling and storage practices
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and material flow
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work in coordination with production and planning teams
